Usage:

Step 1 : Set Up the Machine

• Set the de-feathering machine on a stable surface. Take the freshly processed chickens (scalded properly at the appropriate temperature for feather removal).

Step 2 : Power On and Adjust Settings

• Turn on the machine and adjust settings. Start with lower speeds to assess the performance before increasing the speed as needed.

Step 3 : Load the Chickens

• Place the scalded chickens into the machine carefully, ensuring they are loaded in a way that allows for even distribution.
• Do not overload the machine, as this may impede effectiveness and damage the equipment.

Step 4 : Monitor the Process

• Observe the de-feathering process for about 30 seconds to a minute. Depending on the model, the speed of feather removal may vary.
• If necessary, adjust the speed of the machine for efficient removal of feathers.

Step 5 : Collect the Feathers

• Once the machine has finished operating, turn it off and remove the chickens.
• Collect the feathers and discard or compost them as appropriate.

Step 6 : Clean the Machine

• After you’ve finished, it’s crucial to clean the machine thoroughly. Remove any residual feathers and bacteria build-up, and wash it down with hot, soapy water.
