Refund and Exchange Policy
Overview
Our refund and exchange policy is valid for 3 working days from the date of delivery.
If more than 3 days have passed since receiving your item, we will be unable to offer a full refund or exchange.Once the returned product reaches our facility, the refund will be processed within 6 working days.
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
The item must be unused.
It must be in the same condition as received.
It must be returned in its original packaging.
If the correct product has been delivered from our side, the customer must accept the item. Returns will not be accepted for correctly delivered products.
Return Requirements
To complete a return, you must provide:
A receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
Items with obvious signs of use.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Items returned after the 3-day return window.
If any product is damaged due to transport, handling, or any third-party service not associated with us, only a partial refund will be provided. A 100% refund will not be applicable.
Refunds Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Upon approval, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within standard bank processing timelines.
Once the returned product reaches our facility, the refund will be processed within 6 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company—processing delays may occur.
Contact your bank—there may be holding or verification delays.
If you still have not received your refund, contact us at support@speworks.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

For every exchange request, all shipping and return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
For exchanges, the customer must choose a product of the same price or a higher price. Lower-priced exchanges are not allowed.

Important Notes:
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong product, wrong specification, or manufacturing defect), then we will bear the return shipping charges.
But if the return is due to any other reason not caused by us (customer mistake, order mismatch, damage caused by transport or third-party handling, etc.), then the customer must pay the return shipping charges.
If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping time for exchanged items may vary based on location.
For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
