Orders involving custom fabrication, made-to-order products, engineering work, special specifications, or customized manufacturing cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

Service / Job Work Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests made before work commencement may be considered.

  • Cancellation after commencement of work may incur charges for labor, materials, and progress completed.

Refund for Approved Cancellations
